Starter

The starter plan allows new clients, with a limited fitness background, the opportunity to become familiar with the exercises and modifications in order to successfully complete the weekly 60-minute videos beginning in week four.

Program Includes:

  • 1 - 30 minute introductory Zoom session to review:
    • the format of the workout videos
    • exercises and modifications
    • proper form
  • 2 - 30 minute pre-recorded workouts/week
  • Weekly access to two 10-minute core workouts

For the first 3-weeks, each workout will be 30 minutes in length. This gives clients the opportunity to become familiar with the exercises and the format.  Beginning in week 4, the client will transition to the Classic plan and begin receiving two 60-minute pre-recorded workouts/week.

Classic

Program Includes:

Each week the workouts will focus on a specific type of fitness training: interval, endurance or strength training.

  • Weekly access to three 10-minute core workouts

  • 2 - 30 minute and 2- 60 minute pre-recorded workouts/week

Each week the workouts will focus on a specific type of fitness training: interval, endurance or strength training. The time/date of the live Zoom sessions will be determined by the availability of the client and Dawn.  Weekly sessions (at this time) and are not required to fall on the same time/day each week.

1 Hour Virtual Training Class

Work out live in a one-on-one session with NASM certified personal trainer Dawn. Classes are accessed via the Zoom platform.  Currently, virtual classes are available on weekends and evenings. You'll be contacted shortly after signing up to schedule your classes.

1 Hour Form & Technique Session

Proper form is important to help prevent injuries and also allows you to move with the most efficiency, increase your performance and enable full range of motion . This 60-minute virtual session will work on proper form and technique. The athlete and trainer will walk through a series or exercises and will work on proper form and muscle engagement. Currently virtual classes are available on weekends and evenings. You'll be contacted shortly after signing up to schedule your session.
