The starter plan allows new clients, with a limited fitness background, the opportunity to become familiar with the exercises and modifications in order to successfully complete the weekly 60-minute videos beginning in week four.
- 1 - 30 minute introductory Zoom session to review:
- the format of the workout videos
- exercises and modifications
- proper form
- 2 - 30 minute pre-recorded workouts/week
- Weekly access to two 10-minute core workouts
For the first 3-weeks, each workout will be 30 minutes in length. This gives clients the opportunity to become familiar with the exercises and the format. Beginning in week 4, the client will transition to the Classic plan and begin receiving two 60-minute pre-recorded workouts/week.
